There will the chief operations officer whose main work will be to market the fitness centre, examine the performance of the personnel and make sure that the services are being given at the highest quality level possible.
There will be the chief financial officer whose main work will be to review the fitness centers financial status analyze it and be answerable to the CEO. Other duties will include reporting the business financial performance, preparing budgets and monitoring the centre’s expenditures and related costs (menz, 2012).
There will be the chief revenue officer whose main role will be to operate the centre’s revenue generation processes and will be accountable for making sure that the fitness centre is growing towards better integration in all areas relating to revenue.
The seven s as put forward by the model are structure, strategy, systems, skills, style, staff, and shared values. The model will help to improve the performance of the fitness centre and maintain its alignment incase of any changes which may occur. The model will also test the possible changes which may occur in the business, help in aligning departments and processes in the center and determine how best a particular strategy can be implemented (peters, 2009).
