If in the Board's judgement, the architect's professional competence is substantially impaired, an assessment of impairment is to be performed by an appropriately qualified professional

1. Getting paid by more than one party for the same task unless disclosed to all parties
2. Getting paid by vendors/reps for specifying their products
3. Architect has a financial or other interest in the project or people completing the project (unless disclosed to all parties)
4. Architect's judgement can be affected by a relationship with another party
5. Having a relationship with AXP mentees

Do not make false statements or qualifications
Must report violations of other licensed architects
