This paper requires me to find an older adult and complete a history and physical on them. The best part is the professor has given us a sample and it can be the exact same format, answering the questions or basically just replacing the info in that sample with different info/examples, as long as the patient can have unique problems and it’s not plagiarized. I already used a patient that was 49 years old with rheumatoid arthritis/pain in joints as main issue so as long as it is a different issue like cardiac or lung or kidney, etc problems its fine.
