In this first module of the course you will read material on multiple management theories used in many different types of industries. Select two specific theories to compare and contrast.
In a 2-to-3-page paper, please address the following components:
Give basic background information on both theories (founders, how they were formulated, why they were formulated, and projected aims or outcomes/goals).
Do the selected theories have any similarities in their components or processes? If so, explain how they are similar and whether those features can be positive, negative, or perhaps both.
How are the theories you have selected different from each other? How do the differences have a direct impact on employees or managers? Is their impact stronger on the employees or the managers? Why?
Which theory would be more appropriate for use in a human services organization (such as a child advocacy center, homeless shelter, welfare service center, for example)?
Your paper must support your claims by utilizing at least two references beyond the textbook and be formatted
