The first paper is critique of Mission, Vision, Values and Goal statements of a healthcare organization.
Visit the strategic plan website of a healthcare organization. Some examples would include a hospital, outpatient clinic, assisted living facility, public health department or MD office.
Choose an organization and verify that it has the Mission, Vision, Values and Goals or Objectives. Then, get the approval of your instructor to use the site for your assignment. After review of the strategic components,
write a 3 to 5-page paper evaluating each section of the strategic planning components based upon your readings and the following video clips.
Make sure you support your critique of the strategic components with specific examples.
