There are a number of courses that are free from the Institute of Health Improvement. Some of these are very interesting and you can even get credit for them. I have chosen an interesting course that is concerned with racism and equality and equity. I believe that you will find it very interesting.

Instructions:

1. You will need to register with the IHI.

2. Once you are signed up you can proceed to the course TA104

3. Once you work your way through the course you can discuss the availability of free courses, the content of the course, the delivery of the course, etc.

4. The discussion also can include the difference of equality and equity, the social implications of racism, etc.

5. Please be mindful of posting your response and then responding to a colleague’s posting for full credit.
