Assignment
For this project, find one job posting through LinkedIn, Monster, GlassDoor or similar that you could apply for once you complete your degree or a posting for an internship that you would like to apply for later in your academic career. Write a short report in which you analyze two things. First, analyze how the posting positions itself to reach the target audience (the people they want to have apply to the job). Second, analyze how the posting informs the understanding of your target audience should you apply for this job (what the posting tell you about what the hiring managers want).
· Clearly identify your analysis for each part
· Use bullet points (at least 5) to summarize your analysis for both parts
· Be sure to include a link to the posting
