Ethical and effective use of technology is one of the tenets of your MSW advanced generalist practice social work program. This means that graduates will be prepared to work with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities and will more than likely be incorporating technology into their practice. After reading the content in this unit:
· Reflect on the technology used at your practicum site.
· Discuss how social workers use technology at the site.
· Share how you may use content from the readings to advance social work practice in your work after earning the MSW degree.

2. Difference and Diversity
Social workers serve as advocates for the rights of, and fairness for, diverse clients, families, groups, organizations, and communities. For this discussion:
· Reflect on how you promoted difference and diversity in the foundation practicum.
