Exercise 2:
After studying the Five-Stage Group/Team development model, please do the following: (It is a simulated exercise).
2.1. Open the attachment “What stage is your team in?” (Word document). Please read it. Ensure you understand the survey content.
2.2. Then, open the “What stage is your team in Survey Results” PDF and interpret the results by answers. Thirty-two questions with answers that match the questions mentioned in the Word document survey’s instructions.
2.3. Fill out the Survey word document, and define what stage the group assessed through the survey results (PDF) is in.
2.4. Explain how to take the obtained group/team development stage to the next development stage through an implementation plan.
