Write a 2-page research paper about designing an effective Needs Assessment for an employee training program.
The Needs Assessment should examine a training development or learning issue that the company or profession is experiencing. Students need to demonstrate how the training addresses a specific behavior or productivity issue—organizations are interested in performance improvement.
The Needs Assessment paper should be prepared as if the student is the Training and Development Manager for an organization and will be presented to the Director of Human Resources.
The submission should include:

The causes of the training (legislation, lack of basic Skills, poor performance, new technology, customer requests, new products, higher performance standards, new policies, or procedures, etc.).

The paper should be double spaced, 12 point font, in APA style.
Students should include at least one scholarly peer reviewed journal article.
The length of the Needs Assessment paper should be at least 2 pages, not including your title page or reference page.
