Project Three – Organizing for Success as a Technical Leader
The purpose of this paper is to synthesize your understanding of concepts in Unit 3 and apply them to workforce development and management for technical leaders today.
1. You were asked to research and summarize one relevant academic article (less than five years old) highlighting organizational culture and structure within your technical field (Administrative Assistant) in Discussion 3. What did you learn from that article (or that of a classmate) that you can use in your professional journey? (Minimum of 250 words)
2. What are the four areas of human resource law a technical manager needs to be aware of? Apply this content to what you learned about the organizational culture and structure of your technical field. Of the four areas, what area(s) do you need to seek additional resources or training to be a successful technical leader – be specific. (Minimum of 500 words).
