Role of information system to integrate digital technologies in public health service maintenance in covid-19 and post covid-19 situation
Aim:
The role of information systems as a factor to integrate digital technologies in public health service maintenance in covid-19 and post covid-19 situation which needs to be elaborated with a clear understanding of its concepts of implementation and by analyzing the previous situation, making future uses of information technology. During the COVID pandemic there in Australia had taken some steps for medical services using technology like affected location tracking, infection screening, quarantine and self-isolation, and clinical activities. Due to maintaining these activities, there had used machine learning, data dashboard, AI, digital thermometers, data dashboards, thermal cameras, and maps migration by using mobile apps like Coronavirus Australia, COVIDsafe developed by the Australian Department of Health are being used. Aiming at these technology, here in this report, I will analyze and describe the functions of this application and make the ideas for effective uses in future health services.
Objectives:
1. Identifying the technology that is being integrated into public health service during the COVID time frame.
2. Analyzing post-COVID advantages by the information technology.
3. Investigating the outcomes of digital integrated technology with health service.
4. Determining and identifying the key parameters from the outcome.
Abstract:
The world has been witnessing the worst time in centuries with the coronavirus pandemic from December 2019. This virus was unknown when its case was found firstly on December 31, 2019, in Wuhan, China. It had spread rapidly within the weeks and the cases of COVID-19 outbreak reached 100,000 in three months and seven days according to World Health Organization (WHO). Globally, as of July 2022, there have been more than 578 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including almost 6.4 million deaths, reported to WHO.
During this pandemic period, information system technology made its maximum contribution to continuing activities in public health service. It enabled to share the information publicly rapidly in easier way. Even WHO used websites to share data, predictive measures, scientific analysis, and vaccination program by using information systems. Hospitals are modernized with digital services only by using information technology which saves time, provides accurate information and increases accuracy in treatment. It can be said an evolution that had been essentially taken hugely in the last pandemic situation.
Methodology:
In this study, the framework is being used to ingrate in public health services like locating maps of affected areas by mobile applications taking the real time data from social media. After planning and tracking the situation of affected areas a web and cloud-based screening system can be used to determine the detection of the affected individual. As systematic screening is very tough for mass people treatment and also very expansive, this cloud-based technology can make this faster and easier. Using the AI, recording the data of the affected person, quarantine can be instructed which can minimize fast spreading among the others. Finally, by using artificial intelligence and machine learning like computed tomography scan service clinical services can be provided to critical patient and by video conferencing and monitoring by digital media minor or isolated patients can get treatment.

Clearing the concepts of using information system to make virtual connectivity worldwide to provide health services. Understanding the uses of tools to ingrate this digital services. Addressing key parameters to modernize public health service by using information technology.
