Keeping in mind the guidelines for documentation, you will write two progress notes based upon interactions that you had with clients this week. One note is to be written in the “SOAP” format while the other is to be done in the “DAP” format. These notes must follow one of the two guidelines listed below:
1. One note each on two different clients
2. One note for two separate interactions with one client.
Do not write the two notes on the same client interaction. Please when writing these notes, leave space between the two of them but keep them in the same document
