In order to explore the calculated data for a specific year in Power BI, the following steps need to be followed.
Open the program and select the table that contains fields pane.
Grab the year section of the column and drag it to the filter section.
Use drop down arrow to navigate to the year that you want to explore.
Explore the different visual tools such as charts and graphs.
You could explore a specific year in various ways, you could drag different months or quarters. This would allow you to make predictions, look at trends or look at revenue.
B Joshua Victor
To explore calculated data for a specific year in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Open a new query window and write a query that selects the total sales or calculation for the specific year you want to explore. It will look something like this:
SELECT TotalSales
FROM SalesTable
WHERE Year = ‘2021’
Make sure you are using the names of the tables and columns specific to the database you are accessing.
When you execute the query, this should provide the desired results.

When it comes to maintaining structure in meetings and overall interaction between everyone, time management is essential to keep on track and not lose time due to getting off-topic. Monitoring the time goes hand and hand with laying out the agenda, it allows you to budget how much time you spend on one part before going on to the next or seeing if you need to spend more time by going back to another part because of issues. Time management is not something that can be solved right out of the gate but needs to be worked on until everyone is communicating and working effectively with minimal wasted time (Beebe et al., 2022). Meetings without organized leadership fail because there is no direction, everyone tends to do what they want and not for the group. A lot of the time people then get distracted or get off topic wasting their time which in the end makes the project overall less acceptable.
B Ariel Fuller
One of the important ways to keep any type of of meeting organized and on track is to know what the meeting will be talked about before the leader gets everyone together. Every meeting must have an agenda to go or the whole meeting will be a waste of time because everyone will get off topic, be unfocused, and the whole meeting will become a disaster. Even though and agenda is a good tool have, but having your key points that will be discussed is more important, because it will definitely give a good start and it will keep the timing good so the meeting will not go over the certain amount of tile that was planned before the meeting (Schwartzberg, 2022). In each meeting the right thing the leader should do it greet the team members and to start the meeting off with some new points or review everything they was discussed in the last meeting to refresh everybody thoughts and it will help everyone to know they will need to do and say for the upcoming meetings (Schwartzberg, 2022). The negative outcomes that will occur if the meeting is not organized is that no one will follow the lead, everyone will be unfocused and not care, they will be silent instead of being engaged, and they will put all the work on the leader instead of doing their part and participating in the meetings.

One effective strategy to structure meetings and promote interaction is to create and distribute a detailed agenda before the meeting. This allows everyone to come prepared and understand the purpose and objectives of the meeting (Smith, 2021). During the meeting, the facilitator should keep the discussion focused on the agenda items and encourage participation from all attendees. To keep the meeting on track, the facilitator can set time limits for each agenda item and redirect the conversation if it strays off-topic. Without organized leadership of meetings, adverse outcomes can occur. Meetings can become unproductive and unfocused, wasting valuable time and resources. Participants may feel disengaged and uninterested, resulting in a lack of buy-in and follow-through on decisions made during the meeting (Smith, 2021). Conflict may arise due to misunderstandings or competing priorities, leading to a breakdown in communication and relationships. Overall, organized leadership of meetings is crucial to ensure they are effective, productive, and achieve their intended goals.
